Come to your session with a good positive attitude, ready to enjoy yourself and have some fun. Arrive prepared with your hair and make-up done, avoid having your hair cut just before the day in case it doesn't turn out how you wanted and bring your hairbrush and make-up supplies in case you want to touch up during your shoot.

• Get a good sleep the night before and stay off the booze as it does show on your face.
• Eat a good meal before hand.
• Try on all your clothes ahead of time and make sure they are clean, ironed, comfortable and fit well.
• Pick colours that compliment your skin tone and bring along a black and a white option as they always look great.
• Cut out some photos of poses, angles, expressions that you like for inspiration on the day.
• Ladies, make sure your bras go with your tops, Gentlemen, no bras required.
